In solo learn COURSES, How to solve SQL programs??

Do we have to code from the start(like creating the tables...)...IN THE COURSE

Not possible. SoloLearn have no playground for sql queries execution.
You have to look otherways..

Edit : seems that new version have playground. But it is limited to run only, you cannot save code.
