I have patience and motivation problem

I am using 4GB ram machine I am now learning react . my machine is now too much slow . Command line chrome browser visual studio code three pillar of programming. but when I I want to use through together it's become slow and hang the device . I am losing interest for coding please suggest me anything what to do?

Maybe a virtual machine, or deactivating stuff ,services from windows, update graphic drivers and everything else
