I’m still new to HTML and am working with it here and there trying to get it down. How do you make your code into a URL without purchasing a URL?

So you want a domain name?

Example: www.sololearn.com

If so there are many paid host that offer the domain name for free but charge you for the service.

If you don't want to pay anything at all

Then there are free web hosting services for you.

Free web hosting services offer a domain for free and host your files on their servers. But you don't get personal address you get something like this instead.
