Which language is best to start learning programming?

I have zero experience with programming but want to learn it can't decide between java and python, please help.

I am a newcomer but experiencd. Plz follow my advice if you want to enjoy coding.
First learn Web Development. Html, Css and Javascript are used to develop website.
1. Learn Html.
2. Learn Css.
3. Learn Javascript.
4. Learn Php.
Then you can choose what you want to learn. You can either learn programming languages starting from C or you can learn python courses or anything else........ 🙂

once you can understand the basics... like input, conditional statements, loops and outputs...
you can jump to code part
i suggest you to start with python..
