Creating an interactive page [eve players will know]

basically, I'm have looked for about 3 days on google. and I haven't really found anything.

what I'm trying to do is create an interactive page for my website, and I'm wanting to create it just like there Ship Tree, but into the web page. anyone got an idea on how its done or what language it will be?
