Is this the best website to learn programming?

Before learning on this website, I searched it on Google Play and I saw that its star rating is very high, about 4.6 stars, and it is higher than any programming learning apps on Google Play. So, in your point of view, is this the best one to learn programming?

This site/app works best as a guide. If you use it along with other tutorial sites and resources as you learn. You will gain a better understanding. Other sites provide more information and explain things differently.
