Does sololearn have a python tkinter learning course? If not is it possible for me to create one, do I need to be a mod?

I want to learn tkinter, but if python doesn't have one, I want to be able to learn it, and create one for other users.

Probably you can. But even so, Code Playground only supports console codes. Meaning, those who wants to learn still cannot practice in Code Playground.

"Do I need to be a mod?"
You don't have to be a moderator to create lesson materials.
