for android app first finish the java course here or complete the kotlin course, then you should go to learn android development/sdk specificities ;)

Java N-IDE is a free mobile app that will allow you to create and download your own applications using java! Android studio is a better one to have if you are on a computor (also free).

Besides that there are many tutorials on YouTube that demonstrate fundamentals of java application building (especially how to use xml).
