Sololearn why is this occurring[solved]

That's an SoloLearn server issues, it should be fixed soon

Wait for a while and if it has been for a long time then contact Sololearn. Maybe it helps.

Well, that's not true. Indeed, this bug appeared in May 2020, then got resolved 2 months later. Though some devices still have to face it (like my previous one). 🙂

Yeah as wel as updates feature solo increased his solo bugs like chats and much more

Actually that may be a network issue instead, i too get this message displayed sometimes.🙃
