I'm a beginner, so which language should i learn first???

IF you wanna go into full-stack web development I recommend you start C++ in parallel with front-end. That way you will have a foundation under understanding php. C++ is well documented language which is great for practicing understanding of algorithms and data-structures etc. It's also a common language at the beginning when you start study in the university :) that's my opinion. I'm going this way. My friend recommended me C++ over Python. He thinks that Python is a specific language that teaches bad habits if you learn it on the very beginning. I don't know is that the same for everyone but I got used to learning difficult things by this.
Try not to learn scripting languages like JS, until you have great base of C/C++/Python.

Consider learning C first. Or you can start with python too. But as a computer science student, I started my programming life with C. After That, I could understand most of the programming languages like java, Python, Javascript, Php etc.

I would recommend doing HTML first, it's fairly simple and you'll be able to start doing fun things with it faster than other languages

You can start with any programming language so that php will be easier. I recomend python because it's very easy to understand and is also a dynamically typed language which makes iz easy to learn.

As my mentors said "c is mother of major known languages" so i would say go for basics first learn some good concepts from it and move to whatever u want next

It is the mother of all languages but that doesn't means that you should learn it. It's a high level language like C++, C# or Java. And I don't recommend starting with it because it can get a bit confusing. You should start with python because it's very simple and when your done with methods you can choose basically any language.
