using c++ language?

i love c/c++ because it is very self-deception(concepts describe themselves with computer architecture) and powerful. But it no longer has much use in the world, in Windows c#(Microsoft offers c#) is used on Android java, and on the web the client uses JavaScripit. If I learn it, I will forget it because I have no use. What is your offer?

I dont think, that c and cpp no longer have their place in the World.
Both belong to the most popular languages, and I Do not think that this will rapidely change.
Sure it depends on what you want to do. In case of App, Web, functional programming, c and cpp do not have much influence, but e.g. in embedded Systems, both is still widely used.
