python is a language which can be learnt by anyone without having any knowledge of other languages like C and java. But it only gives you the high level implementation hiding all the internal concepts.(For example, you will never understand the concept of pointers which is very important).If you want to go deep into the subject and want to be a great programmer then learn C and java first before getting into python.
