I believe the technology I choosed are the most widely adopted, Open-Source resources availlable, and has the largest community.

Here is my default answers
Front-End -> React.
Back-End -> Node.js | Python.
Cloud -> AWS

It mainly depends on your use cases for example for a realtime application like whatsapp or facebook i would choose erlang or elixir for the backend , but in a normal web project my options are php (laravel) / Golang
Front-end -> Vue / alpine js + tailwind css
Cloud -> AWS or Azure

All technologies are being used, from country to another they differ obviously. For example, here most of the companies ask for: Java spring/ .Net / php.. spring is leading the race here. I'd suggest to search about web jobs in your country on Google and check the leading framework(s), then pick your choice.
