Why Third consecutive input is not working ?

Question

I use nextLine() to take input as string after immediate nextDouble()
but it's not working.. why? need deep explanation..
how to solve it?

input.close() is apart away from this ...

I think this limitation is most probably because of the need to input all the values at the same time.
