Message problem

Question

I'm i the only one still facing the message problem.
I haven't been able to send message for the past what seems like a long time now.
It started last year.
I reported the problem but didn't get a valid response.
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
The problem is that other users message me and i don't want to seem like i'm ignoring them.
If you have any other info on how this problem can be fixed, i'd be grateful to hear it.

SL had, has and unfortunately will have the dm (direct message) problem. Sad...
