Hello, I am learning c++ and wantes learn some java and try creat app on android. Saw some Q&A that if you want create apps on android I should download android studio or something else. So could you recommend something for me newbie should I start learning on android studio or there is any simplier program I could start learning how to create apps. And by the way my friend told me that if you want add app on google app store you need pay 25$ or smtg like that. Is it true or false?

I'm going to down vote just because there is a question right below yours asking the same thing. I don't get why you need a response specifically tailored to you. Just pick an ide and start coding. As for the Google play fee for development, yes, it is a one time fee of $25 for registration.
