Why these without professional use ?

When we learn python we see some libraries are pygame,tkinter,kivy for gui .
But do they really applicable for Android app making ? There are many powerful alternatives for Android development (Java,Kotlin,Dart,React native).
So what is the use of them? For desktop or Website ? If no proffesional use , why should learn them ?
