Should I jump from CSS (currenetly not completely done) to JS? Will it cause any problem?

in my idea ,you should end to learning one language and then start learning new language

Yes you can jump!
If you want to learn the animation then both css and js are good.
CSS can help you create web designs faster (my point of view)
From my point of view you should complete CSS first cuz if you will complete it you will be able to create responsive designs (i am not saying that you can't make responsive designs with JS but CSS is very easy [generally] and JS seems seems a little bit hard [to me]) create small designs in very less time compared to JS.

You can jump, but it’s your choice. I would say finish css, then go to java.

nah ! no problem.... but remember one thing this will not make you dedicated and the biggest speciality of a Coder is that he just focuses on code not the hardwork
so the answer is as you wish
according to my experience "dont" learn css first
