So far, my streak has been continuous.

It may be that simply logging in and checking messages is not enough.

I am NOT suggesting this is valid in your case as you have not specified your activity

For example, if you open sololearn at 10:00 p.m and then next day if you open sololearn at 10:00 a.m. It won't count as a steak. Because the difference is only 12 hours.
I don't know the exact hour's gaps needed to get steaks but I think it is more than 18 hours.
If you face a similar problem then open it after 24 hours or more it might work. If it doesn't work you can try Atul's solution otherwise you should email info@sololearn.
