Can we really reach a pretty semi pro or around level by completing each course?

hi I don't have any idea about coding and started with the c++ language. I'm currently still doing the basic course,and yet have billions of things to learn..but, for example if I complete the course and get that certificate, will I be able to tackle those difficult c++ problems which the pros (or semi pros) use?

This course provides simple insights about the language. Rather you have do more practice in terms of algorithms and then try to implement them using C++. First try basic programming solving simple problems and than go for tough one. All the best.
