Help ...Cloud native set up

Question

I recently got enrolled into a cloud native course.as it is a online class, they want me to set up some tools such as Docker,vagrant and virtual box.

I already have a Microsoft Azure subscription.
As i have NO LONGER access to a computer.I would like to know can if i can set up those tools using Azure and my mobile phone?

Developing with a cellphone will be very challenging in my opinion.
You can use the Azure CLI from Termux, but I am not sure if that will be enough for all the tasks you need to do.
