Can i ask python-django doubts in here ?

If I can , how can I ask that ? I mean there is lot of files , like views.py , urls.py , etc. ...
How can I create each one ...?? .

If I can't , where I can ask that .?
Except stackoverflow. ..
I mean is there any other active social media platforms for this.

Not really other than xda and thats mostly for modding, you could take the time to look through and underatand views.py and urls.py though.
