You just need to convert days in seconds. If you know how many seconds in 1 day means 24 hours then you can solve it.

1 hour = 60 minutes
1 minute = 60 seconds

so in 1 hour = 60 * 60 = 3600 seconds

now calculate for 24 hours
then for no of days.
