Problem with task

Hi, can someone help me with this task :
,, A client wants you to write a program that prints all numbers from 1 to the inputted number that are either a multiplier of 3 or end with 3.

I think i don’t understand how loops can work . I know only how to txt program which prints 1,2,3,4,5 etc.

When correct code is
