Free hosting suited for discord bot?

heroku: responsive: ? Limit:550 dyno hours/month
(I need it alive 24/7 so this is bad)

pythonanywhere: responsive: ? Limit:100secondCPU/month (how is the approximate for average popular bot activity for 1000 users? Is the limit hurt?)

repl.it: responsive: sometimes not. Limit: (is there any limit?). Expert people in youtube says this is bad practice.

Github: (only accept css html, not suited.)

Host it with Replit and Uptimerobot (FOR FREE).
You can find many tutorials on google.

Note: But your bot will be offline during downtime of these services.
