What are the benefits of learning now?

Can anyone tell me the programming which we all are learning now, while be also taught to us in our engineering, then what is the benefits of learning that in younger ages?

Atul If you get happiness from coding, then I don't see any reason why you shouldn't learn coding.

There is no point in learning programming at an early age.

Unless you want to start a career in a field that requires programming.

And programming is not fun for everyone and there are many other ways to increase problem solving skills

I want to pursue a career in cs. But I am having a fear that I will tend to forget what I have read when I will reach my college

Atul If you code regularly (not necessarily every day), you won't forget anything, apart from the rare topics.
