Our eyes are are crucial part of learning here in sololearn. So let's keep our eyes healthy. What tips you can provide for others to help with their eye health?

I have this UV+bluelight filter specs which I rarely wear.

Wear blue eye glasses
And go to settings
> nightmode -> on
> theme -> default

Here are few that I do:
1. Eat rich vitamin A foods
2. Install Flux in computer or twighlight in Android to filter bluescreen.
3. Have an eye exercise regularly.
4. Rest eyes properly. Don't overwork if unnecesarry.

@Alexander Rassadin Yes there are. e-ink/e-book/"bookreader" with Android onboard. I do use one of them but it's not so comfortable to use sololearn as to read books. But it was due to not enough contrast and lately sololearn have added color themes but I haven't checked if there are any high contrast themes convinient to use at e-ink... I just started to use nightmode at my tablet/phablet. :)

@Alexander Rassadin Check the Onyx boox. I don't remember exactly model name but you can see any latest models of Onyx e-books with Android onboard. What country are you from? (Ru, Ukr, Bel or another?) Sorry that most people here won't be able to get those bookreaders, but there should be other similar bookreaders. (It was around 130$ in 2016) Are your eyes really tired of even good modern screens (everybody)?

I'm not sure if that e-ink reader has a usb-host to connect keyboard (and there is no bluetooth on device too). Only some strange configuration with remote administration of Android or application making Android device an external monitor/screen possible to writing/typing. I don't see comfortable way to use bookreader for coding right now. But reading (be it a book or website easier on graphics with text content mostly without "bells and whistles") I've heard it depends on quality of display how your eyes would feel... I rmember some kind of fantom-flickering in my eyes after I was reading books from my earliest PDA with Windows Mobile (2003?) on_board. Now I can read/brows Internet for many hours everyday and I don't feel uncomfortable... And there newer/latest models of monitors/displays that marked "flicker-free" but I'm not sure if it's really good or it's a marketing BS only. My Dell from "middle line" (not cheapest, but not professional and super-expensive too) is ok for my eyes too. Dont forget to set brightness low if you are not working with graphics or video in bright room. Avoid darkness at your workplace too. Update: I've rechecked if micro-usb of reader can be used as usb-host, but it's only for charging and connecting via USB (to desktop mostly).

Android 7 has a blue light filter. Well it is an option on the notification bar on Samsung s7. Other than that there are uv filter for screens, contact len coding and for glasses as well.

@Alexander is it convenient fir you to type code on smartphone's keyboard? E-ink reader of course has one, but it's ok only for inputting small amounts of texts, symbols. And "reaction" of e-ink screen is a little bit slow so it's hard to type fast.

I wonder if there is E Ink technology tablets or something that we can write codes on as we do reading.

I once spent 5 days on holidays just watching films, vids. Each day about 8 hours. After that I felt constant eyes' pain for 2 days. Seems that reading and coding should be done using such a tablet to maintain sharp vision in a long term.
