If yes then please can anyone help me by providing solve of Madoka and Ladder Decomposition or Even odd Partition?

This is a question from codechef's active contest ( ends on 12th july ), providing the solution here would be considered as cheating.

If you are so eager for solution then wait a few days after the contest and codechef will provide you the editorial with required explanation and solution of the questions.
