Leap year solution

I don't konw what is wrong with my code below

year = int(input())

if year % 4 != 0:
print("NOT leap year")
elif year % 100 != 0:
print("Leap year")
elif year % 400 == 0:
print("Leap year")
else:
print("Not a leap year")

It said my code is not wrong but output not matches correct answer.

Your output should be matched with expected output since python is case sensitive

print("Not a leap year")
print("Leap year")
