I am a beginner, I know little about html and css..now I want to learn Java script and advance animation in css can you tell me from you guys have learnt plsss help me.. thanks ❤️❤️

As you're already doing, read through the tutorials here and in other resources online; that's how most of us learn. For myself, I originally learned CSS by simply reading through CSS files from others and thinking about what I was reading. So go to the courses section and read through HTML/CSS/Javascript in order to educate yourself further on it. It's no different than any other skill so you'll learn the concepts first and then put them into action through practicing them.

As for the background-image, it's hard to say what your issue is without you posting us to code or the error that you're receiving. If I were to guess, I'd say to check the path that you're using and make sure you got the semi-colon at the end.
