Real-life standard deviation examples

Hello. I learned so much new from Python for Data Science course. But didn't understand all things well.

Greatest example is standard deviation and variance. And what is real use of checking which data set elements are within one standard deviation? Can someone give me examples from real life problems, preferably with an explanation. Thanks in advance 😊

It's normal that you don't understand first time if you are in lower class below 12th you should look for some YouTube videos (StatQuest a YouTube channel) but if I am violating terms and services by terming YouTube tell me.

Aashay Thanks for the feedback, yes I'm in a lower class below 12th. I checked Google, and, yeah, the standard deviation is a very useful thing!
Not sure about violating terms, maybe if almost everybody advertises their YouTube channel here, maybe it's okay 🤷🏻‍♂️

Swati Thanks, but these are not answers for my question. Check them, and then read my question carefully. I am asking for std-deviation examples in real life while you gave me answers for question "how to calculate std-deviation".
