I’m starting a project in unity as I want to create a game and propose to my girlfriend when we completes it. Hopefully learning c# is a good start for learning unity?

Yes c# is a good start for unity. And I think sololearn course is not enough. It doesnt learn databases and you wouldnt be ready to start unity. Maybe you could buy some tutorials or take free tutorials on youtube.
