How to fix this "urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error no host given>" ?

Hi,
I tryed to make a programme that can collect user informations from sololearn profile link.Suppose you entered https://www.sololearn.com/Profile/20905876/?ref=app (my profile link), then it will be print my name, followers, country, avater etc. And this programme run perfectly most of the time.
But in case of some profile links it shows "urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error no host given>". How can I fix it.

And another question is, if I make the code public, will my Id be banned? (If I can be ban, then I will delete it.)
