html, css, javasript are the rigth one for the web.
C++ for operating sistems, programs, and much more. html is free, indipendent from the operating sistem and it is much easyer to learn. What do you mean with multimedia?

Programming is great, if you like it, it kan be the best game you will ever find. But if you wont to make cartoon move, there is certenly some easy program to do that.

Start with html, you will be happy with. It is just a starting point, then continue with css, and then with javascript. Remember to have fun on learning!
