Hello everyone just a query, currently a college classmate and I, we are doing our internship, we are asked for an appointment system for a software company, the case here is that we were only given requirements of the form to fill out for the scheduling of an appointment. But that would take us at most two weeks. What other functionalities can you think of to add, since we have to fulfill a minimum of 12 weeks of work.

Research other appointment applications and see what features they have that you may want to add. Eg Latepoint plugin for wordpress has backend for agents, a messaging system etc.
