I dont think SoloLearn is for me.
I thought I would learn and know the basics of sololearn, but I still don't know them. I'm still a beginner and felt like I learned nothing. I now see that I may also need to devote more time and effort to learn and master programming. I want to make a game, program a robot, make an app, a website, and develop a game system. One day I will do this. I thought Sololearn was a good place to start, but it feels like its for those who already know the programming language and just need some clarification with the topic they need to learn. I feel I should just wait and take a class for it instead because I might be wasting my time here learning how to program. Maybe programming aint for me and I haven't notice that yet. Maybe my methods of learning to program are wrong. I know there is no proper or one way ticket to learn and master programming, everyone is different. I would appreciate any advice on how to learn programming and where to start and if so, how much time and effort I might need to devote myself to it. Including whether or not I may need to pay for a class, since learning on my own isn't working at the moment. Plus I have to pay or use those cubes thingies to do their practice sessions which is a downer for me. And I feel like codeacademy is the same way.
