Different UI Android

Android is using stock android on their emulators. Is there any chance to change it like Samsung's UI?

I hope I am answering this right, but inside Android Studio, you can set up whatever emulator you want. There are several that will have to be downloaded if you haven't already, but each one of them have different UIs based on the type of emulator you choose.

I just took a class using Android Studio and I was able to use whatever emulator I wanted. Hopefully that helps. I don't know, however, how eclipse works. And I know that Xamarin is relatively new to the market, but you can develop both android and IoS apps with it.
