Why in a challenge if one wins XP's are added as for given challenge and if lose XP'S are deducted more than shown in challenge?

if I lose my xp's are deducted more than if I win???

Tl;dr - (Losing XP = 32 - Winning XP), and the challenges only show your winning XP. It's part of the algorithm where win/lose stats determine XP gain. I.e. The better you are at a weapon, the steeper the gradient, hence the less XP you gain and the more XP you lose upon losing.

@suraj : Yes, completing a course gives XP. Getting Badges, Playing Challenges, Completing Courses are the ways to gain XP in Sololearn.
