Should I learn bootstrap or JavaScript next?

So after getting comfortable with HTML & CSS, should I learn bootstrap or JavaScript next?

You should learn js before bootstrap so tht when u do learn bootstrap, you will already know some of it

I think learn JavaScript because Bootstrap is the most popular HTML, CSS, and JS framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web.
