Based on your profile I believe you can follow a website HTML and CSS project tutorial on YouTube(personally I like Freecodecamp) and try to do the things before they do it in the tutorial and compare how it looks(it's good to follow the tutorial while you make it because they speak about interesting topics that maybe you don't know.
