Hey guys! How does one know de relevent pxs or percentages of creating a website using a phone nor tablet. Im struggling to see

Id like to create a background image on de fone not as a link by using css nd html only. Remember im only using my fone,it just shows an icon

i assume that you want to create icon as background in using html and css if that right using svg tag .

Ok brother use 5% to width and height of the image then check it fits if not increase the percentage little by little till it fits

Mr Aazir like id b watchingba video on creating a website template right. So i put de exact px dat dey use on css but some appear big but some appear small,den images never show i was learning to create a website
