I'm getting this popup giving 500 bits for learning well. Got it yesterday and today but they don't get added to my balance.

Yes, that bug looks familiar 🤔
Even I got notified twice of earning 500 bits. But, my total bits didn't get no increments 🤷

ェンリけ Enrique yes I am facing the same issue.
In every 2-3 days i get a pop up of 500 bits credited but there is not any increment in my total bits.

i have also written mail to them regarding this issue but they didn't did anything.

You have already collected that 500 Bits but this pop-up comes sometimes when we do login.

I thought that but I was sure my balance was the same yesterday wich was 4940 then early today I earned like 20, then spent 444.. The logged off with a balance of 4516. Then just before my post logged in and got the popup. My balance is still 4516.

When I came here (4 days ago) I got 500 bits at first, but today I was automatically logged out and when I log in again, it showed that I got 500 bits again, but on checking the total bits were the same.

So I think it was my network or some login problem.

Might the same happened to you.

(Now I have much more than 500 bits🙂)

I haven't got any 500 rewards pop up since this post. Not sure what the criteria is to get it. Was hopping to test if the error occurs thru browser.
