Sololearn Logout Problem

Hello guys, good evening. Today I'm facing very silly problem with sololearn. I don't know why my sololearn account is logging out every time even I didn't do that. I'm logging my account but after some time when I see this is logged out. What's the problem there.

Is this a bug or something else?

Have you guys also facing this same problem or not🤔?

It hasn't happened to me so far. What version are you using (android, ios, web)?
You can report bugs using the in-app feedback function or via mail to [e-mail].

I'm using the newest android version, too. Have you tried the usual (deleting cache, reinstalling, restarting your phone, etc)?

I had the same problem a few weeks updates ago (Android): I got auto signed out after ~30 min. I emailed them – 1 or 2 weeks later it had been fixed.
