For some reason am not able to acces the for cordova apache so can some one tell me what i need to build an android app using my html, css, and javascript skill?

As far as I know, you can build Web applications or Web pages with HTML, CSS and JavaScript skill, but not Android apps. To build Android apps you need to know how to use Android studio and Java or kotlin

Rishi it's possible with cordova and even you can use electron for to build desktop apps in html,css and javascript.

I got a way and in fact am using my own android phone to build apk. There's some app called AIDE phone gap and it come with cordova though it's kinda of old. If you are like me and experiment alot, you can get it to work. I have already compiled some apks and ran them on my android. Everything works as expected.I shared some apks with some of my friends and it still worked.
