Continues till A reaches to B
And then do it for one more time
And terminates the loop

In A<B
Loop Breaks When A == B
in A<=B
Loop Breaks When A == B+1

Example in cpp
A=0 , B=3
While(A<B)
A++;
Goes like this:
A=0 -> checks:A<B:True -> A=1 ->
checks:A<B:True -> A=2 ->
checks:A<B:True -> A=3 ->
checks:A<B:False -> terminates
