Clone the dependent select box

I want to clone the select box which is having another sub - select box ,i e., The first select box depends on the second select box.
There will a Add more button which will clone this select box..

SoloProg thnqq so much for your answer..it was of great help..but this is the partial answer of what i want..
After this dependent select box, i want to create a "Add more" button which will clone/duplicate the selection box...
