I have heard that the pygame library provides support for game development in Python, though I have not tried it myself.

If the game is created by python script then, you can develop using python knowlage . Python is not only used for mathematics but also for many porpuses .

Such as creating games , websites ect.

You can write games with Python (for example with Tkinter). But python isn’t the best language for game development.
2nd. Every programming language based on mathematics.
You can be a programmer without mathematics knowledge but you will not be the best programmer.

Python can be used for game development, but it would probably be a text-only game as gui features like tkinter are hard to work with. Then again, there may be better gui libraries besides tkinter. Python is best suited for machine learning or mathematical analysis as you stated (imo) and is a great beginner language. If you want to maka games one way is to use html, css, javascript for front end or java/kotlin for android or swift for iphone.
