How to change the page title in html ?

I used the title tag but it not display in my mobile.,

You can see it only in a browser.
in mobile, web playground have no title bar.

On mobile, browsers doesn't show title as browsers on pc.
But you can try to add page to bookmarks, then in title of bookmark, you can see this title.
