to run php locally on my computer

Install XAMPP. It installs Web server (Apache), Database (MySql) and PHP Interpreter . For PHP, you can use any text editor, mine favorite is Sublime Text. Above installation comes with PHP My Admin, Web based interface for creating and managing databases.

@devender I just tried xampp 2times but after downloading firstly it asked for a program to open that kind of file and then message popped corrupted or missing a some .DLL file..tried again but same problem?
