Becoming a Apprentice/junior developer.

Hey everyone. I am wanting to become an apprentice or junior software developer and need some advice on how I can do well in an interview such as, what skills and languages will help me secure a job? What projects are most beneficial to the employer. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Being ready to learn new things if probably the only thing that "secures" for getting/ keeping a job.

Which programming languages/ projects are helpful depends on the specific area and position.
